Sheffield Foot and Ankle 

We at Sheffield Foot and Ankle strive to provide gentle, comprehensive care of the foot and ankle in adults and children. Our goal is to provide efficient and effective care by employing the latest techniques and technologies available in the field of podiatric medicine. 

natalie spicer, dpm AACFAS

Dr. Spicer is accepting new patients at our Sheffield and Oberlin locations beginning on July 15th.

Dr. Natalie A. Spicer is originally from Springfield, Tennessee. She attended Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. While at Tennessee State, Dr. Spicer also competed on the Division I women’s golf team from 2013-2017. 

Afterwards, she went on to obtain her doctorate degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2021 and recently completed her three-year surgical residency at Mercy Health Regional Medical Center/Cleveland Clinic foundation in Cleveland, Ohio where she trained in reconstructive forefoot/rearfoot surgery, wound care, sports medicine, diabetic limb salvage, foot/ankle trauma, and general podiatric medicine. Dr. Spicer is currently board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. 

In her free time, Dr. Spicer enjoys cheering on her Tennessee sports teams, especially the Tennessee Titans. She enjoys traveling, attending different sporting events with her fiance, Anthony, and spending time with her cat and two dogs. During the summer months, you can usually find her out on the golf course or at a baseball game cheering on the Cleveland Guardians.



jeanna fascione, dpm FACFAS

Dr. Fascione is a  2010 graduate of the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University - North Chicago, IL. She completed a 3 year surgical residency program at Illinois Masonic Medical Center/Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL. She is qualified to treat surgical and nonsurgical conditions of the foot and ankle. She is Board Certified in foot, rearfoot and ankle reconstructive surgery. Her advanced training including sports medicine, ankle arthroscopy,diabetic limb salvage, advanced wound care/hyperbaric medicine, trauma, and reconstructive surgery.

Prior to her foot and ankle training, Dr. Fascione enjoyed competitive running and had the unique opportunity to compete as a collegiate Division I Track and Field middle distance athlete and cross country runner.

Dr. Fascione is originally from the greater Cleveland area, North

Royalton and enjoys spending time with her family including her five siblings and dog Koda. She looks forward to providing quality and compassionate care to the Ashland community.



amanda meszaros, dpm FACFAS

Dr. Meszaros is a 1999 graduate of Mount Union College and a 2003 graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed a three-year podiatric surgical residency program at St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Meszaros is Board Certified in Foot Surgery, Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is a member of the teaching faculty of the American Academy of Foot and Ankle Osteosynthesis, the Northern Ohio Foot and Ankle Foundation and the Mercy Lorain Podiatric Surgical Residency Program.

Dr. Meszaros has been in private practice since 2006, owner at Oberlin Foot and Ankle which is her primary practice location. As a partner in Sheffield Foot and Ankle she sees patients in our Ashland office.
